Automatic IBC Washing and Drying Station
The automatic IBC washing station is a specialized Wash-In-Place (WIP) solution engineered to clean a wide variety of Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC Bins). The system delivers a fully enclosed 360-degree washing and drying cycle for both the interior and exterior of the bins, completely removing stubborn residual powders, colorants, or pastes. It is a highly critical sanitation system designed to meet strict cGMP standards and eliminate the risk of cross-contamination in pharmaceutical, food, and biotech facilities.

360° Dead-Corner-Free Cleaning: Equipped with specially designed high-pressure spray balls, the system generates powerful, omnidirectional water jets that penetrate every corner, thoroughly removing residues from all inner and outer surfaces of the IBC.

Advanced Fluid & Heating System: Integrated with a high-efficiency heat exchanger, the system can actively heat tap water, Reverse Osmosis (RO) purified water, and cleaning detergents, maximizing the chemical and physical cleaning efficacy.

Clean Hot Air Drying: Following the wash cycle, the machine seamlessly transitions to drying mode. Incoming air passes through a specialized filtration system before being heated, providing a sterile and clean hot air flow to completely dry the bin's surfaces and prevent microbial growth.

Fully Automated WIP Cycle: The machine features ports to connect with external detergent dosing units. The entire sanitation process—from Pre-rinsing ➔ Chemical Washing ➔ RO Water Rinsing ➔ Hot Air Drying—is fully automated and easily programmable via an intuitive HMI control panel, drastically reducing manual labor.
